Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For made-to-order or 3D printed items, processing times may be slightly longer. If this applies, it will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using Canada Post and DHL, depending on destination, shipping speed selected, and package size.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 4–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
