Beater Braces for the Louet Spring 2 and David 3
These braces hold the beater in position for sleying the reed. This video shows how they work. They come in a pair (left and right) and fit the Spring 2 and the David 3. Normally the middle position is used to hold the beater upright.
There are two other positions provided. The front one provides an angle towards the weaver should that be preferred. The back position only works on the Spring 2 and can be used if warping back to front to support the beater leaning back towards the heddles.
